You have a new baby, and you already love that little one so much!

Yet, you are tired. If only you could sleep a little more!

Maybe your baby is colicky or cries inconsolably, and it breaks your heart because you don’t know what your little one needs or what to do.

If your infant had a problem during labor and delivery or had to be hospitalized, you may still feel anxious. Although love runs deep and can’t be stopped, anxiety can put a haze over the feeling of connection.

These reactions are natural – and there are ways to lessen their effect and make the bond between you and your baby easier, richer, and fuller with little effort on your part.
